Jan Reynolds started to play visually impaired tennis in 2012. Jan is a lover of all sports but when she came across tennis something really clicked for her and despite only starting in 2012, Jan has already represented Great Britain internationally!
Not content to just play, Jan became involved locally in setting-up tennis sessions for the visually impaired and is passionate about supporting as many visually impaired people get into playing tennis as possible. Jan believes that no matter if it’s simply for recreation or to achieve as much as they may aspire to in the tennis world, like becoming her team mate on the GB squad, tennis has something for everyone.
Jan, who is partially sighted has predominantly worked in local government but trained as a counsellor a few years ago.
